1. Ordering

Complete our online intake form + sign your contract.

Cintas will order your AED. It takes about 4-6 weeks (often sooner) to receive your AED.

2. Installation

Cintas will contact you when your AED is ready to install.

Your Cintas agent will professionally install your AED cabinet for you.

3. Servicing

Cintas performs monthly service visits to replace pads and batteries, as well as upgrade software.

Why is this such a good deal? What's the catch?

There’s no catch! We pre-negotiated this offer for our gym community so everyone could access enterprise-level pricing. By partnering with Cintas and applying as a group, we were able to secure bulk rates normally reserved for large organizations. Cintas loved the idea and put together this special offer for us to share with you.

What if I already have a CINTAS AED in our gym?

Unfortunately, we can’t buy out existing Cintas contracts. You’ll need to complete the term you agreed to with your current rep. Once your contract expires, though, you’re welcome to move over to this new pricing. We’ll be here when you’re ready. And in the meantime, we encourage you to see if you could save money on your gym's insurance. We can help you get out of an existing policy there.

Do I need special training for myself or my staff to use an AED?

Cintas Defibtech Lifeline AEDs are designed to be extremely easy to use, even without CPR or First Aid training. That said, it’s always a good idea to get certified, especially if you work in fitness. A CPR + First Aid course will help you feel more confident and ready to act quickly in an emergency.

Won't the ambulance have one? Why do I need my own for our gym?

Yes, they will! But it's been proven many times that having an AED on site so that you can respond immediately while you're waiting for the ambulance can have a huge impact on whether or not the person survives.
